Our managerial pillar aims to strengthen the role of managers to improve our employer brand with a view to attracting new talent and enabling those already present to flourish. 

This objective is based on several axes: giving managers access to the fundamentals of Sfpi Group management, giving our employees access to 100% of internal vacancies. Ensuring that our talents are satisfied within their company.
