Sfpi Group's Strategy

The roadmap for the next few years aims to take the group's ambitions and values even further.

According to Henri Morel, CEO of Sfpi Group: "Thanks to solid financial assets, the group is pursuing a process of internationalisation, innovation and digitalisation of products and processes, while promoting industrial responsibility among customers and employees." 

The group is continuing its national and international expansion through three strategic axes. 

European with a global ambition, Sfpi Group aims to achieve more than 50% of its turnover outside France by 2025. The group aims to strengthen its presence in Europe and to continue its progress within an international market, particularly in the Middle East. 

Digitalisation is an important issue these days; the group is accelerating its digital transformation in order to develop new distribution channels, improve customer relations and renew its products, both for customers and for companies.

Finally, industrial responsibility, a binding concept for the group, is a behaviour that enables a company and its employees to be efficient, while guaranteeing the protection of people, property and the environment. To accelerate this process, we have launched a group-wide transformation plan in 2020 based on four pillars.
