With over thirty years of experience in the technology sector, Corinne ROMEFORT-RÉGNIER began her career at Polaroid before joining ESI Group in 1991, a leader in virtual prototyping and digital simulation software solutions, which was publicly traded until 2024. She has actively contributed to the company's development, holding several key positions that have enabled her to acquire recognised expertise in corporate governance and compliance. She has solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in-depth knowledge of best practices in corporate social responsibility (CSR). With a strong international background, she has lived in Silicon Valley for more than six years, strengthening her global vision of technological and managerial issues.

She is currently Chief Executive Officer of ESI Group and serves as legal representative of its international subsidiaries.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Communication from Paris-La Sorbonne University and a Master's degree in Economics from Paris-Dauphine University.
Her participation on the SFPI Group's Board of Directors is an opportunity to actively contribute to the development of a family-owned and publicly traded group in order to support its transformation, in line with its industrial, managerial and environmental commitments.

Corinne joined the Board of Directors of Groupe SFPI in 2025 as an independent director. She is Chair of the CSR Committee and a member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.
