Acquisition of the company CIPRIANI PHE

GROUPE SFPI annouces the acquisition of the italian company CIRPRIANI, june 29th. The company is specialized in the gasketed plate heat exchangers and will join the MMD division of the Group.Thanks to this acquisition, GROUPE SFPI will strenghten in the HVAC equipment sector ( Heater, Ventilation and air conditionning).
