Acquisition: Picard Serrures develops its offer with the Eliot company

On last May 31, Picard Serrures – company of DOM Security Group – acquired Eliot & Cie. Based in Torcy in the Paris region, Eliot specialises in the manufacture of armouring for doors, doors and metal and sheet metal products for locksmiths. The company has 20 employees and annual revenue of approximately 2.5 million of euros.

With this acquisition, Picard Serrures strengthens its armoured door activity but also its entire range of security solutions. Thanks to their respective experience and product ranges, the alliance between Picard Serrures and Eliot promises to be rich in new products and projects. The challenge of this operation is to offer our customers ever more relevant security solutions thanks to a coherent range that meets customer needs and current security standards.
