Recently, the Group has brought in new independent directors with diverse profiles, leading to the establishment of separate committees within the Board of Directors (Audit, Appointments and Remuneration, and CSR).

In 2010, the Company decided to adopt the Middlenext Code, published in December 2009 and revised in September 2021, as its benchmark code for corporate governance, considering it to be the most appropriate for its size and shareholding structure.
