As a European industrial group, we promote industrial responsibility by integrating social and environmental concerns into our business. To accelerate this approach, we have launched a group-wide transformation plan in 2020 based on four pillars.
In 1983, Henri Morel, a young entrepreneur graduated from HEC, bought his first company, Dupeux, specialized in industrial heat insulation. This is the beginning of an entrepreneurial adventure...
Henri Morel continues his activities in 1984, notably by taking over the industrial locking solutions market, with the acquisition of Dény and then Métalux.
Groupe SFPI is created in 1985, in order to organize the first companies bought and to favor new acquisitions.
After 30 years of national and international growth, a percentage of the capital of Groupe SFPI is successfully listed on the stock exchange (Euronext Paris).
This decision strengthens the development of the group and gives rise to a number of innovative initiatives, such as the adoption of a CSR policy.
Henri Morel and the other founders of Groupe SFPI remain the majority shareholders and continue to be the group's operational managers, with the mission to develop the group's 80 and more companies.
In 2017, Sfpi acquired JKF to create the NEU JKF division, enabling the group to establish itself in Denmark, Poland and Malaysia and to become a major European player in air treatment
The group also continues to integrate its various activities and to develop a common brand and identity
In 2020, Sfpi Group launches its transformation plan. For several years now, Sfpi Group has placed industrial responsibility at the heart of its development model. To accelerate this process, we have launched a group-wide transformation plan. Our collective ambition is to assert our position as a leader in industrial responsibility, serving the sustainable growth of the Group's activities.
In 2021, Sfpi Group will continue its internal and external development and will generate more than 569 million euros in revenue and have more than 4,200 employees.
In 2022, Sfpi acquires Wo&Wo, an Austrian manufacturer of high-end solar protection for buildings.
